Marc is a well-reputed leader and highly respected expert in healthcare, tourism, hospitality and the real estate industry. He has been in CEO positions of large multi-national groups (Hapag-Lloyd, TUI, American Express, Accor) for 25 years and has a first-class track record of founding, building and developing companies in fast-growing dynamic market environments (Silver Care, Schoenes Leben Group, compassio).

He is a well-connected personality, strategic thinker, hands-on doer, people mover and renowned speaker who has substantial in-depth knowledge and expertise in the travel and hospitality industry, healthcare and real estate. Marc is a highly multi-nationally experienced individual, has worked and lived all over the globe and has now settled down in the UAE (Dubai) to develop Richmond House into a leading global player in senior lifestyle living and healthcare real estate.

Bicky is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic leader with over four decades of global experience across aviation, real estate, and venture development. He has held senior leadership roles at Emirates Airline and TUI Group, driving multi-regional growth, building large-scale distribution platforms, and executing international market expansion strategies across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Bicky established a venture studio model focused on business strategy, go-to-market execution, and value creation through KPI-driven structures. His expertise spans real estate positioning, hospitality-led developments, investment structuring, and international sales, particularly within emerging asset classes such as senior living. He is recognised for translating strategy into execution, enabling developers to achieve premium positioning, accelerate sales, and build scalable, globally relevant platforms.
